ESSENCE, STRUCTURE AND CONTENT OF FOREIGN LANGUAGE COMMUNICATIVE COMPETENCE

This article examines the communicative competence, its essence and component composition, which includes a number of competencies such as linguistic, strategic, discursive, sociocultural, well distinguishing between concepts “competence” “competence”. there is goal in teaching foreign language, namely to teach reading literature most important aspects learning language were grammar rules ability analyze text.
